Beverly Peña

Board Member, TTG Utilities, Inc.

Beverly joined TTG Utilities in 1995 to manage the company’s accounting—just a year after it was officially incorporated. She brought with her years of hands-on experience in construction accounting and a strong family legacy in the industry. As the company grew, she worked alongside her husband, Ricky Peña, and other family members to help shape TTG into the diverse civil contracting firm it is today.

Her journey in construction accounting began in 1978 at her father’s business, Rueter Construction, Inc., and continued while she earned her Bachelor of Business Administration from Tarleton State University in 1988. Over the years, Beverly also held positions with several general contractors and worked in public accounting before finding her home at TTG.

After nearly three decades of service, Beverly retired from her role as Controller in 2024, and fully stepped back from day-to-day operations in May 2025. But retirement hasn’t slowed her down—she continues to serve on TTG’s Board of Directors, bringing 47 years of industry experience to the table. Her focus now is helping ensure the company’s continued success through financial oversight, legal compliance, and staying true to TTG’s core values and mission.

When she’s not working, Beverly loves to travel, entertain, and spend quality time with her family, friends, and grandkids.
